Circa 1920s, hand-wrought, includes a hand mirror (9 1/2 in.)
I started with a lining from what I think was a cotton/poly broadcloth scrap, sewing boning in the casing down to each seam (roughly, I kinda improvised the boning placement) and then pinning it to the skirt to test the fit
