It distinguishes itself by blending tradition with modern needs
Take the raw edge of the tulle and square it off using a cutting ruler and rotary cutter to make sure there is a straight and clean edge. Place the edge of the tulle underneath the cardboard with 4-5 (10-12.5 cm) off to the side
