The tulle skirt lengths will be as follows: Layer 1: Hemmed skirt lining length + 1 (Ex: 16) Layer 2: Hemmed skirt lining length + 1 (Ex: 16) Layer 3: Hemmed skirt lining length (Ex: 15) Layer 4: Hemmed skirt lining length -1 (Ex: 14) The skirt widths will be cut 3-4 times the width of the skirt provided in the cut chart of the chosen pattern
