FYI, I measure 35.5" bust, 26.5" waist, 36.5" hip, and have full shoulders and upper arms. On me it's only tight at the upper bodice. Ifyou're smaller up top, or all over, it should work for you. Dress is not meant to be fitted, so a bit big is fine. It just shouldn't be tight
