Hi, Im looking for some help with a potential purchase, I have found a Pikachu card that appears to have been signed by Mitsuhiro Arita but am unsure as the date on the card looks to be 20.8.23, as this was during COVID, I am unsure whether Arita would have been signing any cards, from what I have found online, any signings around this time would have been cancelled
